Chemical Processing Environmental blowers are made in a similar way to the DR blowers except for the several additions such as spark resistant housing cover, heavy duty cast aluminum manifold, impeller, manifold and muffler tower which are vacuum impregnated, Teflon® lip seal in a stainless steel case standard for containment of leakage up to 25 cc/min or less, the motor is explosion proof and they come in a variety of world voltages.

Metal to metal surfaces that are sealed with RTV sealant and various explosion-proof listing are also available in the Chemical Processing configuration for environmental regenerative blowers.

The Chem-Tough (TM) surface conversion corrosion resistant treatment is used for all casting. The Teflon® lip seal in a stainless steel case as standard is used in a leakage containment of up to 25cc/min or less, while Muffler retainers and nickel plated flanges are prevalent throughout.
